Products are unique and custom ordered with our exclusive designs. Therefore, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges in our store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide a picture, so that we may determine the best course of action.

Replace Damaged Items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your email and images. We will begin a process of replacing your items.
